Dr. Franklin Cobos

Dr. Franklin Cobos earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University in 2000, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, in Chattanooga with a BS in chemistry. In 2005, he completed his residency at the University of Nebraska. After becoming Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology; he uprooted from the mid-West and traveled around the US and overseas teaching and providing direct patient care. He has also designed and helped build a surgical clinic near the Dafur region in Africa. Dr. Cobos is excited to now collaborate with the founders of Revitalizing Infusion Therapies! His team of highly skilled CRNA professionals stand ready to serve patients on a journey of healing and hope to embrace their life- Revitalized!

Michael McGowan

Michael has a wide array of clinical anesthesia expertise including surgical, trauma stabilization, acute and chronic pain anesthetic services. Preferring an opioid-free technique, ketamine infusions have played a major role in his anesthetic practice both in the hospital and clinical setting. He has successfully treated hundreds of patients suffering from mood disorders and chronic neuropathic pain conditions using ketamine infusion therapy (KIT). He brings with him many years of experience in administering ketamine both safely and effectively. Michael is an outstanding member of the Revitalizing team! He is a great listener, and he consistently demonstrates best practices when it comes to patient care. As an infusion specialist and top-quality CRNA; he stands ready to assist patients with Ketamine treatments. Michael is well-respected as a dynamic professional who firmly believes in empowering patients to discover practical solutions that provide healing and hope.

Brent Barrett

Brent Barrett is a Nurse Anesthesiologist with over 20 years of experience.  He has extensive research on Ketamine and its effectiveness in treating depression, PTSD, Migraines, and Chronic Pain.  He is also a champion of health and wellness, graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Plant-Based Nutrition. Having worked 2 decades with surgical patients and seeing the direct effects of Ketamine, he is partnering with Revitalizing Infusion Therapies to improve the quality of life for those with daily health challenges. Brent is an effective listener, provides care with compassion, and takes a personal interest in the successful treatment of every patient.

Michael Browning

Michael Browning is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with 13 years of experience in surgical and pain management. He has utilized Ketamine throughout his career for best patient experience and best practice. He has been involved with rural communities to keep high-quality anesthesia close to home and sees firsthand how access to treatment for mental disorders is paramount. Michael has partnered with Revitalizing Infusion Therapies to ensure that central Florida has the access to treatments for PTSD, depression, and pain. Compassion and empathy are in his opinion the cornerstone for building this practice.

Shelly Draves is a registered nurse. She is our office manager.

Caitlin Torres

Prior to beginning a career in healthcare, Caitlin was an educator in various countries and also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Nicaragua working with local teachers and healthcare workers to improve practices. She is a culturally competent board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner that possesses sound clinical judgment and provides patient-centered care. Caitlin listens intently, demonstrates genuine concern, and fosters a calm and comfortable environment. When not in the clinic Caitlin can be found outdoors with her husband and two boys. She is a health and fitness enthusiast and is known for keeping friends, colleagues, and patients accountable for their health and fitness goals. Caitlin obtained her first bachelor’s in Spanish and International Studies with Honors from the University of Iowa. She later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She was a NURSE Corps scholar and graduated Summa cum laude. Furthering her nursing education, Caitlin sought her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from Frontier Nursing University.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP, BC

Christa Sedney

Christa is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of psychiatric nursing experience. She most recently was the Clinical Director for the Florida division of a company providing psychiatric services in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Her professional experience includes caring for patients in both the inpatient psychiatric hospital, community mental health, private practice, and long-term care settings across the life span. Christa has also worked in pharmaceutical research in the areas of clinical pathology, toxicology, and formulations. Her clinical practice focuses on consultation, treatment selection, and care coordination for individuals struggling with a wide range of psychiatric illnesses. Christa’s practice style includes conventional psychiatric evaluation and treatment combined with recommendations for alternative therapies (including lifestyle modification, diet, and exercise) in order to promote the mind/body/spiritual connection that will allow for healing of the whole person. 

She is excited to be breaking through the barriers of traditional psychiatric practice to join Revitalizing Infusion Therapies to open up new pathways of effective treatments to help our clients regain control of their lives.

Nicole Burgner

Nicole Burgner is a Functional Medicine Health Coach, known as The Gut Detox Coach. Her philosophy of health is centered around the idea that the body can heal itself if given the right tools. Her focus is looking at the root causes behind weight gain, IBS, and chronic health conditions by balancing the gut microbiome and detoxifying. Nicole offers empathy and deep care toward her clients after having suffered through years of chronic health conditions, including but not limited to Lyme, IBS, and infertility. Addressing the root causes, Nicole now lives a healthier, fuller life as a wife and mom, serving her church, cooking, gardening, and biking. 


Yuleisy Cardoso

In 2007, she graduated with a bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida International University and shortly after began her own transformational path as she began her first semester at the University of Central Florida’s counseling education program. This is when she discovered her love and passion for mindfulness as a tool to help others heal as the tool rewires the brain and reboots the emotional body. Her passion and extensive research on the topic led to a published scientific contribution with the American Counseling Association’s Online Vista Journal titled ” Loving Kindness Meditation and Couples Therapy: Healing After an Infidelity”. Presently, Yuleisy contributes articles to magazines through the community on topics such as mental health and mindfulness. Yuleisy’s other passion, psychedelic medicine, surfaced in 2018 when her own healing took place with the powerful and magical medicine. She now dedicates herself to helping others heal with psychedelic medicine and dedicates herself to bringing knowledge of this beautiful medicine to anyone who seeks healing. As a therapist who is fully committed to helping our clients live a fuller and more peaceful life, she is grateful and humbled to be a part of her client’s healing journey.

Luz Ortiz

Luz Ortiz is a registered nurse with 8 years of experience. She has a Master in nursing sciences with a specialty in oncology. Having worked 6 years in oncology area, she became manager of bone marrow transplant unit in the Auxilio Mutuo Hospital in Puerto Rico. Luz is a nurse focused on providing optimal patient care. Her empathy and compassion are fundamental to assist patients on Ketamine treatment.

Isabel Lopez

Isabel Lopez is our Administrative Assistant, extraordinaire! She has been in Florida for the past ten years with eight years dedicated to customer service with a smile! She is bilingual with an amazing Colombian heritage that enables her to interpret as needed for the Latino clinic patient population. She is passionate to help both the patients and the entire clinical team. She manages patient records and Isabel enjoys making sure each patient feels welcome to our clinic during every visit so they begin experiencing positive results from the moment they walk through our doors! Isabel encourages everyone to visit and see our clinic for themselves and experience the difference in this very welcoming spa-like environment. Bindi Shah

Bindi Shah Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Bindi Shah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Bindi has been providing counseling services for children, adults, and teenagers for over 10 years. Bindi’s approach to counseling is humanistic and strength-based. She also uses an eclectic style in therapy, where she pulls skills and techniques from different theories as it best fits each client. Her experience included helping people overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relational conflict, and self-worth issues.
Bindi believes a supportive, caring relationship where clients are honored and valued, can help to make positive changes, and increase clients’ joy, and their overall functioning. As a professional counselor, she appreciates being able to witness the resiliency, strength, and courage in her clients. Bindi believes it is important to meet the client where they are at in their process of change and help them find sustainable relief.
